The Cause
Nordoff & Robbins Music Therapy Charity UK
Nordoff and Robbins is the UK's largest music therapy charity. They use the power of music to help people of all ages with life-limiting illness, disability, autism, dementia, mental health challenges, and other complex needs.
Their trained music therapists deliver personalised therapy sessions in hospitals, schools, care homes, and community settings, helping people improve communication, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life. They also train music therapists, conduct research, and raise funds to make music therapy more widely accessible.
Founded in 2002, the Task Force grew out of the desire of the agency's staff to make a difference. Each year, the Task Force gives time and money to support multiple causes and organizes benefits in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, London and Munich. These benefits not only raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, but also aim to introduce staff across the entertainment industry to the world of philanthropy.
